6th Annual Stop Teen Underage Drinking Rally Today in Jacksonville | Crime
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Students from all of Duval county's public high schools are participating in the Stop Teenage Underage Drinking (S.T.U.D.) Rally.
The event addresses issues relating to underage drinking and lifestyle choices that teens face on a daily basis.
The S.T.U.D. Rally begins at 7 A.M. at the Morocco Shrine Auditorium.
Guest speakers from Shands Jacksonville, The Florida Highway Patrol, The State Attorney's Office and the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office will participate.
There will also be personal testimonies by inmates, students, parents and others whose lives have been impacted by underage drinking.
A re-enactment of a fatal traffic crash involving underage drinking is planned to start at 1 P.M.
