The City of Jacksonville is accepting nominations for the 2011 Jacksonville Jazz Festival Hall of Fame. The Jacksonville Jazz Hall of Fame serves to recognize those who have made significant contributions to jazz in Jacksonville.

First Coast artist Ryan Strasser plans to unveil quite a bit of work on February 2nd. For the upcoming Art Walk, Ryan will be showing The Ladies of Club Shadow at 111 E Bay St. This painting collection highlights Ryan's technical proficiency, as well as his dedication to challenging and unique content. What's more, the subjects are all local performers.
