Duval County Public Schools Recognizes Black History Month

In honor of Black History Month, public schools throughout Duval County will be participating in a wide variety of programs and events that celebrate African-American history.

Events include book readings, guest speakers, historical re-enactments, presentations of African-American music, literature and arts, and more.

Jacksonville Symphony Guild 2011 Designer Showhouse and Designers Announced

The Jacksonville Symphony Guild has announced that the 17-acre Coxwell Estate, located at 9433 Coxwell Lane in Jacksonville, will be its 2011 Designer Showhouse. The Showhouse will feature a variety of fundraising events to benefit the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra.
